OBJECTIVE

Part of an Architectural and Engineering team responsible for the development of production 3D rendering and specification from construction documentation.

• Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
• 3D modeling and rendering.
• Work collaboratively with the New York office staff.
• Works with Project Manager and Project Architect to prepare presentations and produce documents through to the construction phase.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other CAD Software preferred Revit.

REQUIREMENT

• Excellent written/spoken English.
• Architecture Degree.
• Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong Design, computer, technical and graphical skills.
• Attention to detail, highly organized, great communication, and collaboration with teamwork.
• Dynamic and multitasking for office tasks.
• Revit Experience is plus.
